At last CINNABOM came to downtown. This shop has the best cinnamon roll world known. Its first branch was opened at the airport in Santiago, so only people who would take a plane had the pleasure to taste them. It also has a variaty sweet chilattas. Find it at Costanera Center 8th floor.
